How long is my free trial for?

Your trial is for up to 90 days depending on what time of the month you sign up. We bill on the first day of each month with a cut off day of the 15th. The coupon you received with your phone entitles you to two free monthly renewals so if you sign up on the first of the month, you will receive the renewals on the following two monthly starts for free. If you sign up on the 6th it will be for the remainder of that month and the following 2 months. Whenever you sign up, you'll get plenty of time to experience MS Exchange

I want to use my own domain with my Exchange account?

You can have a mobiletown.com domain email address as standard but you are welcome to register or use your own domain. Just select add a domain option during the sign up process and follow the instructions.

Can I use a Mac?

Macs work very well with Exchange through MS Entourage. If you don't have a copy, you can download one from our Control Panel when you set up your mailbox.

What can I do if I don't have Outlook 2003?

You are entitled to use MS Outlook as part of your license agreement for MS Exchange. If you don't have a copy, you can download one from our Control Panel when you set up your mailbox.

I really like Exchange. Can I order more for my organization?

Great we knew you'd like it! Just follow the links through the order button and put in the username and password you specified when you set up your account originally and order more. We can't offer any more free trials unless you have another coupon but you'll still get the same great value pricing.

Why do you need my credit card details now?

We offer a top quality product and want to keep it that way. Spammers and other people intending to use email for illegal purposes tend to create fictitious identities. We need your credit card details to ensure that you are who you say you are. You can rest assured that we will not charge your card until the end of your trial period.

I've tried it, but don't want to continue. How do I cancel?

There is no obligation to continue with the service beyond the trial period. Just email cs@simplymailsolutions.com quoting your Client ID number and Last Name and we will cancel your account from the next renewal date. Please allow 2 working days prior to renewal to allow us to process your cancellation.

Where does Simply Mail Solutions fit in?

Simply Mail Solutions is the email hosting company providing the MS Exchange service. Your account will be completely handled by Simply Mail Solutions. There is no legal connection between Simply Mail Solutions and the supplier of your handset.
